Common questions
Why are prices lower than other platforms?
Because publishers list directly. There's no reseller buying links in bulk and marking them up. The price on RankJet is what the site owner actually charges.
When do publishers get paid?
Within 24 hours of an order being marked as completed. Payment goes directly to their connected Stripe account.
What if I'm not happy with the placement?
Open a dispute within 7 days of the order being marked complete. We review it and issue a refund to your wallet if the placement doesn't meet the agreed terms.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Buyers pay the listed price plus a 10% platform fee at checkout. Publishers keep 90% of the listed price after our 10% payout fee. Both numbers are shown upfront. That's the whole model.
