Terms of Service

By accessing or using RankJet.io (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users, including buyers (advertisers placing link orders) and publishers (website owners accepting orders).

RankJet is a marketplace that connects buyers who want to place links on third-party websites with publishers who own those websites. RankJet facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the agreement between buyer and publisher regarding content or placement.

RankJet does not guarantee rankings, traffic outcomes, or the long-term persistence of any link beyond the publisher's commitment at the time of the order.

You must create an account to place or accept orders. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate, current information during registration.

Accounts are for individual use. You may not share login credentials or use another person's account without their explicit permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Buyers agree to provide accurate content and target URLs when placing orders. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights or violate applicable law.

Buyers may not use RankJet to place links to websites that promote illegal activity, contain malware, or are otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these guidelines without refund.

Payment is required at the time of order. Orders are placed using wallet balance or direct card payment via Stripe.

Publishers agree to only list sites they own or have full editorial control over. Listing a site you do not control is grounds for immediate account termination.

Publishers must fulfill accepted orders within the turnaround time stated on their listing. Repeated failure to deliver on time may result in suspension from the marketplace.

Accepted links must remain live for a minimum of 12 months. Removing a link before this period without buyer consent may result in a full refund issued to the buyer and a corresponding deduction from future payouts.

Publishers must not manipulate domain metrics, traffic data, or other listing information. Listings found to contain false information will be removed immediately.

The following content types are not permitted on RankJet, either as buyer orders or publisher listings:

• Adult or explicit material
• Gambling and online casinos (where not explicitly permitted)
• Illegal pharmaceuticals, substances, or weapons
• Malware, phishing, or fraudulent websites
• Content that violates applicable data protection or consumer protection law
• Private blog networks (PBNs) presented as legitimate editorial sites

RankJet reserves the right to update this list. Violations may result in order cancellation without refund, account suspension, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

Buyers pay the publisher's listed price. There are no additional buyer-side fees or markups. Optional professional writing costs €35 per post and is paid at checkout.

Publishers receive 80% of each completed order. RankJet retains 20% as a platform fee. Payouts are processed automatically via Stripe upon order completion, typically within 24 hours.

All prices are displayed in EUR. Currency conversion, where applicable, is handled by Stripe and subject to Stripe's exchange rates and terms.

Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except in cases of technical error. Unused wallet balance may be requested for refund by contacting support.

Buyers may open a dispute within 7 days of an order being marked as completed. Disputes must be filed via the order page in your dashboard. After 7 days, the order is considered accepted and no refund will be issued.

RankJet will review disputes and may request evidence from both parties. Our decision is final. If a refund is granted, it is returned to the buyer's wallet balance.

RankJet is not responsible for resolving editorial or creative disagreements that fall outside the agreed order specifications.

Buyers retain ownership of content they provide. By submitting content to RankJet, you grant RankJet and the relevant publisher a non-exclusive license to use, publish, and distribute that content as part of fulfilling the order.

The RankJet name, logo, and platform design are proprietary. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

RankJet provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific SEO outcomes, or that any link will improve your search rankings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankJet's liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

RankJet is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue or search ranking drops.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal process will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
